Who Has Time For That?!

“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always be where you’ve always been.” —T.D. Jakes

Someone told me the other day that they like following my posts - but my words make them feel overwhelmed....

I asked why that was and they told me how busy their life is... How much of their time is spent working, taking care of their kids, connecting with friends and people in their community - busy, busy busy all the time.

They don't have time for setting goals, working on their own happiness, meal planning, gratitude, simplifying their home and routines... They couldn't possibly say no to anyone or take things off the calendar.

Their relationships feel more like obligations than joy. Their job is a series of to-do lists. Their home is a never-ending project. Their health is a mess (their words).

Life just seems like an impossible list of demands. Who has time to dream about what is possible?

I hear this from a lot of my clients. When they realize this is how they feel about their lives - that's what drives them to seek help.

We all KNOW how to eat healthy. We KNOW we should move our bodies. We KNOW we should drink water and get quality sleep. We even KNOW we should say "no" once in awhile; take a break; and do something for ourselves.

But KNOWING and DOING are two very different things. It's hard to put habits into place that nurture our mind, body, and spirit. It's even harder to keep it up.

We need support. Sometimes, we need a guide. Often, we need a system and accountability.
That's what a coach is. That's how we help. That's how you go from "overwhelmed" to making time in your life for Joy!

If you're reading this, and thinking, "I don't know how to do things any other way..." It might be time to reach out.

Life is short. You deserve the time to create Joy in your days, weeks, months, and years.

I'd love to help you find it. Schedule a free “Reclaim Your Time” Breakthrough Session today!
